[PEG-devel] css

Well, I got the database driven CSS module working.  Except when it was
all done I realized that I'd made it completely independantly of PEG.

What does this mean?  That I have a standalone app that can be used with
any web site to make dynamic CSS files.

I'll use it with PEG of course, but I don't think I'll require it.  I can
certainly see the possibility that some guy just wants to use the same CSS
file with all galleries, and he wants to bang it out himself.

I'm not sure where this is all going, but it's fun.
