[Peep-develop] peep state

Hi,

Just to inform you that Michael Gilfix, the main developper for 
the server, is really busy in real life now ; 
and Collin Starkweather, the main developper for the client,
is really busy too.


Peep is currently working great at low loads (1 to 5 events / 10 sec i believe)

However i need it to work for high loads (5-10 msgs /sec) ;
and as you can see in archives, there are problems with this
kind of loads.

I'll search for a C developper willing to fix the segfault/problem.
(a task rather ungrateful).

I'll also start a server; perl based. I'll use as much
code i can from Net::Peep.

I really believe peep has potential and I'll try hard to
bring it to a more viable future.

Michael, Collin, thanks a lot for all your work, you've done a lot.
