[Peep-develop] Peep binaries

I just noticed the following on use.perl.org:

I've been aiming to buy PerlApp for awhile with the intent of generating
client binaries to use in packaging a binary distribution, but never got
around to it and was dissuaded by the fact that it would force me to
keep an ActiveState Perl build.

Looks like you can now build binaries with free software.

Anyone have time to build a binary package for 0.5.0?  My schedule is
crammed full leading up to the 0.5.0 release so I can't volunteer but
it'd be nice to offer a binary distribution with the 0.5.0 series.

P.S.  Once we get the technique down, we could automate it in the
distribution build process so that anyone who volunteers wouldn't be on
the hook to work on every subsequent release.
