Where do I file a Bug Report? Unable to create new Project on Mac OS 10.13 / Powermac5,1 .

The 0.95 version packaged to contain templates and libraries. It is far from ideal but works on MaxOS Catalina 10.15.6 on old Mac from 2010 model.
