The version of the test I distribute can do either 64 or 128 cards, depending on a setting inside the script file (just open cardsort.pbl in a text editor like wordpad, and it should be fairly easy to see what to change). The raw trial-by-trial data are saved in a file that can be loaded into excel and/or SPSS, although I don't use SPSS so I'm not sure how. There is no charge for the software--just go to the download page, install, and the test will be installed to My Documents\pebl-exp.0.9\battery\bcst. Run the launcher from the start menu, then navigate within the launcher to battery\bcst, select cardsort.pbl, and run it. (try doing it non-fullscreen first to verify it works). Currently, the experiment does not pause after 64 cards to allow instruction about the rule. This would be fairly easy to add--probably by adding a couple lines to the script. If you need help doing this, let me know and I can tell you what to do.
