#25 Study data is empty

Hello,
I've a problem with the automatic saving of the participants test results on PEBL Hub . First, the participants' status of test completion is "Not Completed" although the Completion Thank you message appears after finishing the test. Secondly, the is no recording for their results anywhere and the storage remains stationary not increasing even with the increasing number of participants. So, I just want to know where the data is saved, specially that I've seen the overview video of the PEBL hub and I did exactly the same, apart from I ran only one test not a chain.

For more clarification, The pcpt test runs to completion, displays "✓ Test Complete! Thank you for participating," and computes full valid results (Omission Errors, Correct RT Mean/SD, Error RT Mean/SD, Sensitivity d', Bias beta — all visible in browser console). However, the console shows the script returning a non-zero exit code, and the launcher logs the session as "declined" rather than completed

Thanks for reporting this. I've identified the bug (the script did not include the upload code!), and will update the hub code shortly to support this once I test more thoroughly (maybe 1-2 hours). You may need to remove and re-add the test to your study for it to get the new version.

I've deployed and tested. You should be able to follow the link under the study page 'check for updates) in the study snapshot card. This should detect that there is a new version of pcpt available, and so follow that link and approve the migration to the new version. This version should upload the data at the end of the test.

Thank you so much for being that much helpful. I ran the test again and it is now showing the test status as "Complete " and saved the participant's data. Really appreciate your fast response.
