#818 Random Failure on closing?

Have a strange issue that happens now and then. Just now it happened twice in a row.
Have a shell script the uses peazip to create a zip file of a directory. That seems to work just fine, but sometimes after creating the zip, and clicking to close peazip get this error?

The script then fails to continue even thou zip was created fine.
Usually just doing the exact same script it goes fine. Tonight, it failed twice in a row, but then third time it exited just fine and finshed the script? Just strange?
