The attached archive is corrupt: PeaZip and 7-Zip detects the error in the data after the first image, and WinRar detects it more specifically in the header of the second image.

While PeaZip and 7-Zip only allows to extract the first image, which contains no error, WinRar (and other apps) allows to extract the entire archive, including the content which contains error(s).

I'll try to improve in future to optionally let extract archives with critical data errors as option, which I understand is very useful for the purpose of data recovery, but it should however be done with caution - image replacing correct files with copies extracted from a corrupted archive, or worse extracting data from archives maliciously modified to hide a payload.
