On my Windows 10 test machine the file was deleted without issues - I would like to ask you the operating system you are using because this kind of issue may easily be system-dependent.
However, please note that if you extract the entire archive deletion after extraction is enabled, otherwise if you open the archive and click extract button, deletion after extraction is grayed and disabled.
But in this case you click on "extract all" blue link on the bottom of the file list, the delete after extraction checkbox should be enabled again - I'll improve automatically switching to "extract all" in next release.
With the delete after extraction checkbox enabled, not grayed, does this work on your machine?

I have Win10 professional latest version. I'm a US English user. I don't use chinese. I don't have any chinese settings on WIn10, just some files happened to be named like that. I checked again with the context menu to extract it. After extraction the delete confirmation prompt appears (after confirming yes) the pop up deletion window appears and seems to be processing with deletion (green bar visible), but the file is not deleted. The file deletes properly with windows.
Tried with opening peazip program and with the three options of the context menu "Extract" "Extract here" "Extract here (smart new folder)". All the same result.

Hi.
I found that in the options of "Delete archives after extraction" it was set to: "Move to recycle bin"
When setting to "Quick delete" it works, The file is deleted.
So problem halfway solved.

Thank you for taking time to analyze the issue further.
On my test machines (Italian locale) the issue seem not happening even with "Move to recycle bin"; I'll look forward to understand the issue better.
