#348 windows system integration

after installing, the system integration wizard thinks i'm installing for the first time... all options are checked, and if i cancel it says it won't be installed... the program works fine just like i set it up, but the system integration wizard doesn't know what i did (i'm using the portable version)

but my main question is i've found no way to change the context menu options... i like the send to menu links and would rather not have peazip on the main one... i used another program to delete it but every time i use peazip it puts it back...

Hi, yes, both the setup and the system integration tool starts with default options rather than querying the system to get the options that were previously installed.

Context menu and send to menu entries can be changed selecting "Custom installation" in "Install PeaZip" screen, in that way the setup will ask for more options to users than in the standard mode - probably I should modify the system integration tool to always start in "Custom" mode.

The user will then be prompted "Context menu" screen and "SendTo" screen allowing to select/deselect all entries for each menu (in both screens there is a flag to skip all the entries at once).

i found it, it was right there...

querying the system to get the options that were previously installed...
could you do that?
it would make it a lot easier,
especially if i only want to change one thing...

PeaZip 5.5.1 starts the "System integration" wizard in "Custom installation" mode in order to show by default all options to users.
The installer now has a "Update only" mode that keeps current system integration unchanged - application's files are updated, but file associations and context menu / sendto menu are not modified.
