This is a problem with your Anti-Virus Toolkit. It thinks
the file does harm because the small packed file expands to
a huge (really huge) file when unpacked.
Obviously there is no harm; this is exactly what you what.
If you don't believe, look with a hexeditor in the unpacked
file. It only contains zeros.

Several anti-virus toolkits/scanners have detected this file as an Archive bomb.
It can be assumed that archive bombing was a serious problem at one point in time. It might be best to have PearPC create the image on location.
