I used the following instructions and installed the TAP-WIN32 driver BUT = when I get to the instruction line below... "Enable Connection sharing on your primary LAN connection and then open your PearPC config file (Default ppccfg.pearpc) and see that you = have the following line..." ...when I try to enable internet connection sharing I get an error = stating that 192.168.0.1 is being used (most likely by my router). The = exact error is: "Internet Connection sharing cannot be enabled due to an IP address = conflict on the network. ICS requires the host be configured to use = 192.168.0.1. Please ensure that no other client on the network is = configured to us 192.168.0.1" Am I choosing the correct option in windows to "Enable Connection = sharing"?... I go to the Advanced tab of the properties of my main LAN = connection and there I find in the "Internet Connection Sharing " = section: "Allow other network users to connect through this computer's = internet connection". Is this not the correct option? If not, WHERE *do* = I "Enable Connection sharing"? How can I get this to work with my router = using 192.168.0.1? Thx! --- Here are the full instructions: Get networking running with PearPC on Windows This guide was contributed by Karl Neilinn. Download OpenVPN Installer v2.0 = http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/openvpn/openvpn-2.0_beta2-install.exe and run it, uncheck all component boxes EXCEPT for TAP-WIN32 driver When OpenVPN has finished , you should see a new lan connection = appearing in your network connections now open the properties of your new TAP-WIN32 connection and now you = need to enter.=20 IP adress : 192.168.0.1 Subnet mask : 255.255.255.0=20 Default Gateway : should be the adress of your gateway DNS : 192.168.0.1 Enable Connection sharing on your primary LAN connection and then open your pearpc config file (Default ppccfg.pearpc) and see that you = have the following line pci_rtl8139 =3D 1 pci_rtl8139_mac =3D "de:ad:ca:fe:12:35" In OSX go to network settings and select Using DHCP and everything = should work. =20 =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D= =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D Mike S.
