#33 mouse responsiveness through remote desktop

Hi

Feature request.

Got pearpc running with mimimal fuss (though it does
take a bit of time)

truly wonderful development

as it's cpu intensive i'm running it on a second
machine with a remote desktop connection to my workstation.

That's all fine - the only drawback is that the mouse
no longer works - it enables and disables as normal but
is not picking up the mouse movements through the
remote desktop interface

for example - i might move the mouse left and right but
the pointer just moves slowly upwards.

i imagine that remote desktop must be doing something
to generate mouse events that pearpc isn't picking up
on correctly

clearly not high priority but maybe it won't take much
to fix.

There's seem to be nothing I can do about this. Looks like a
remote desktop's bug (like it doesn't allow me to position
the mouse), sorry.

two patches have been submitted, one for sdl and another for
non-SDL
