#125 TAP-Win32 with unprivileged user context

I'm using PearPC as a non-administrator user under
WindowsXP.

- Networking works correctly when running PearPC as
Administrator
- It works when running it from normal user with RunAs
command (ran as Administrator),
- It fails when running it as normal user with the
following error :

main() caught exception : Opening TAP connection failed

I have no idea about this. Looks more like a windows / tap
problem than a pearpc problem.

I traced CreateFile function error message and it's a
"Permission denied" one.
I guess you're right, it's related to the TAP driver.
