1) Is there a way to see all the configurations that are currently in effect across main window and various automation tabs?
2) Is there a visual representation of the final FR graph of all the applied configurations? I know I can see a FR graph for the settings applied on the main window, but was wondering if there was a way to show a graph that takes into account the main window and the automation tabs.
Thanks!

I've made a new Peace tray menu item showing the currently active configurations (see screenshot). And by clicking on one of those sub items you get some basic info on that particular configuration. As always download and put it in the config sub folder.
The main configuration has a check in the Configurations sub menu in the Peace tray menu. When using Hotkey/System tray configs (second automation tab) the ones that switched on also have a check in the Hotkey configurations sub menu. The only configs not visible to be in effect are the ones in the "Always active" list. I guess a list which sums up all active configs would be nice. I'm not sure if this is easy or difficult to create.
There isn't such a graph (which should per device btw.) available. That would be nice too but pretty difficult to create.
I'll have a think of solutions to both your questions.

Without kidding Peace is made out of these nice ideas. And your suggestion 1) is nice so I'm currently implementing it as a new tray sub menu item called "View all active configurations". This sub menu item is only there if configs are in the "Always active" list or in the "Hotkey configs" list. I don't want to bother anyone with this sub menu containing 1 active config.
When I'm ready I'll give you a beta again.

Hey Peter. I noticed a small bug. As you select an item in the "Sets of configurations" list box on the "Activate always" tab of the "Automation" window, it applies the configurations as expected, but the corresponding items on the tray icon do not update to match the new selection. Reproduce: open automation window, make note of the "X active configurations" and "Sets of configurations" values on the tray icon, in the automation window select a an item from "Sets of configurations" list box, review the values on the tray icon. They will not have changed to reflect the selection from the selected configuration.

I've made beta version 1.6.8.7 which has the bug removed. And a neat new feature: By right clicking on a configuration in the configurations list on the main screen you can activate or deactivate i there. A + sign will appear showing that it's active. In principle the Always active list is "superimposed" on the configurations list.

Hello Peter, I'm having some problems with active configurations:
When I right-clicked a configuration twice (activated and deactivated), the "Active Configurations" tray submenu appeared but now it doesn't disappear, and under it I have 2 active configurations - the same configuration checked as active and as always active, regardless of what I activate (and I don't hear any effect other than a single configuration I'm switching on).
It also confused the hell out of me when I had set some configurations as always active and some hotkeys in the automation settings, and those were shown in the tray submenu (inaudible) even though the automation was switched off. Whats worse, the hotkeys were overiding the ones set for configuration switching, and only checking and unchecking the active configurations in the trey submenu (inaudibly).
Am I missing something, or is this a bug?

It seems you have found a bug. If there aren't any "always active" configurations and there aren't any hotkey configurations then the "# active configurations" should disappear but it doesn't. So things are alright but this menu item isn't reflecting it.
Also, after switching off automation the tray menu's "Hotkey configurations" and "# active configurations" doesn't reflect this switching off. I think it's an oversight by me. Or it might be for some purpose which I can't recall. In other words, I have to look into it and report back to you.
I'm not entirely sure what you're saying about the hotkey configs but hotkeys are used as follows. After assigning a hotkey to a config it can now by activated from within other apps. It will be loaded on the main Peace screen. In contrast to this usage the hotkey configs tab on the Automation window is for configs which you need to add on top of a currently active one. For example a config which introduce a bit more bass on top of an active EQ config. When its hotkey is pressed it will be switched on or off (toggled). A check mark will appear next to it in the Hotkey configs tray sub menu showing it's currently on.

I figured out by now, sort of, what the hotkeys in the Automation window were supposed to do... But what I did during my experimentation is, I asigned the same hotkeys for the Automation as the ones I used for the regular configurations, and it seems that the Automation was overriding those hotkeys. To end to my confusion, it was happening with the Automation disabled.

In principle indeed you first attach a hotkey to a config as it were a config by normal activation (which is put on the main Peace screen after hitting the hotkey). But putting it on the Hotkey configurations tab in Automation alters the hotkey activation (principle). Now you're able to switch it on and off (without putting it on the main screen). As such it can't be enabled when automation is switched off. Unfortunately you still get the message it was, so that's confusing and a bug imo.
So I corrected a few things. In the upcoming version the tray menu now reflects if automation or Peace has being switched on or off. And the bug mentioned above is also corrected. If you will I could make a beta version for you to download. But that may take a while as I'm in the middle of developing an enhanced import feature.

Sorry to keep giving you ideas for more work! :)
Well, it gets me out of bed on this Saturday 😉

I can confirm this bug. I forgot to refresh the "X active configurations" menu item. I hadn't considered it. So thanks for spotting it.
Unfortunately I can't give you a new beta yet as I'm in the middle of creating another feature.
No worries. Whenver you get a round to it. Small issue from my perspective.

Oh. I see. Yeah. That is a very nice feature. I also confirm the bug is fixed on my side. Thanks, Peter.
Great!

That's great news! I can wait for the new version, please don't bother with the beta.
Will do. And thanks for the bug hunting 😃
