Images extracted by pdftohtml 0.39 are occasionally rotated by 180 degrees and mirror reflected. The attached pdf demonstrates this problem.

Thanks for this bug report, Ill look in to it, It might be fixed in the next test version that will be released in a few days v 0.42 that removes the dependancy on ghostscript and speeds up processing on some large pdf files that have alot of images in them.

This bug is still alive and kicking. It crops up in Calibre where it prevents conversion of PDF files into epub.
