#18 Select odd/even pages

First, thanks for that great tool!

I want to crop book pages, where the border on odd and even sides is very different. There's currently no way to select only odd or even pages.

My workaround: I looked into you code and make a small hack reducing the width of your tool to 400pixel. That way two pages appear (for A4) per line, odd on the one side and even on the other. So it's easy to select them separately.

+1 for interleving odd/even pages, for scaning double sided pages. And then importing 2 sequences, odd pages and even pages, then having a way of merging 1 odd 1 even page for each.
