I imported a .pdf file, kept a single page, cropped out parts of this page and exported to a new .pdf file. The new document looked fine in evince, cropped as intended. When I printed the file, parts of the page I had cropped out where still visible and parts of the page I had kept were omitted. It was as though pdfshuffler had not really cropped the page but rather masked out a part of it. When the printer tried to print the cropped page onto an A4 sheet, some parts of the page re-surfaced..

I can confirm this bug (PdfShuffler 0.6.0 & Evince 3.10.3)
