#67 downloading gives damaged diskimage

I tried to download pdfsam-2.2.0.app.dmg to be used on my Macintosh, but I get the message that the diskimage is damaged. I tried also a mirror site, but with the same result. Am I doing something wrong? I have sent it to "SourceForge.net Support" <sfnet_ops@geek.net>. Their answer was
I just tested that download, and file I downloaded matched the file
that is on the servers, however I'm seeing the same error that you
are.

Hence, this is not a problem with the download process, but with the
file itself. You will need to contact the project team directly to get
this addressed.
