Great tool and really helpful. Does exactly what is needed.
Some problems thought:
1. If result file already exists and it's opened by adobe reader then trying to owerwrite it program crashes.
Feature requests:
1. Multiple select and shortcuts Ctrl+A, Del
2. Easier to use up and down button as it slow to click so many times. Maybe drag&drop?
3. Links in result PDF still link to old pdf file names, bad :(
4. Some way to save the list of joined PDFs
