[Pdf417encode-barcode] PDF417 'Macro' feature

I implemented PDF417 'Macro' feature. (Thanks Paulo Soares for help!)
Preliminary version is just a quick-and-dirty hack, no optional fields 
are supported (except of "Segment count")

String like this (being last string in an input file) generates a
Macro Control Block:
MC "FileID ZZZZZZZZ Segment 2/2"

Splitting data into chunks is up to caller.
Any ideas how can i make it better?
