Hello

I'm using PDesk/Progect from a long time.
After recently updating PDesk and/or Progect, I've used
it successfully, but now, I'm in very problematic
situation.
As my main project dosen't hotsync properly, I've tried
a lot of things.

The current situation is:
- I'm working with Progect 0.29
- I'm working with PDesk RC6

I've exported a project in text mode from PDesk.

Then moved elsewhere all the content of the Progect
directory on my PC to have an empty Progect directory.

Then, imported the exported file in a new project with
PDesk.

Now, all my attempt to have this project loaded on my
Palm are unsuccessfull. The Hotsync seems to be endless
and I have to interrupt it wildly (after more than 15mn).

Any suggestion? idea? help?

Make sure there are no empty projects on your Palm.

Open every project to make sure it is not corrupted.

    Otherwise, email me at rick_price@sourceforge.net.

Anything with a CreatorID of lbPG should be related to Progect.

Please tell me if you need more help.

    Hi,

    I experienced the same problem.

After deleting an empty DB (see rick_price's mail) all was
back to normal, i.e. pretty terrific.

    Cheers,

    John

If you still need help, either add more comments to this
ticket, usually a unending HotSync is caused by an empty DB
    or by a corrupted DB.
