I solved this temporarily by building filters.o and tables.o myself from here:
http://download.puredata.info/unauthorized
I then copied the to files into:
puredata-base/pd-extended-0.42.5/work/Pd-0.42.5-extended/externals/unauthorized/vocoder~/

I have the same problem on my PC. At the same time PD builds and installs on my netbook without problems. Netbook have very similar software set with my desktop, so it really strange.

On 2012-09-21 i not have this problem.
