#214 menubar hiding on os x is broken since ~ 10.7

the hiding option of the menubar is broken by Apple since approx. 10.7
both menubar 0 and menubar -1 have no effect.

    I can reproduce that here both on osx 10.7.5 and 10.8.3 with Gem 0.93.3 (14 jan 2013) from Pd-extended 0.43.4. When you send [menubar 0/-1( the menubar is still visible but cannot be clicked anymore.

    Same problem with OSX 10.9.5 (same pd extended 0.43.4 and gem 93.3)
