#140 pix_blobtracker help: route 1... should be route 0

The help patch for pix_blobtracker shows a [route 1 2 3 4 5 6] for routing info about 6 blobs, but pix_blobtracker actually numbers the blob starting from 0, not 1. so it should be [route 0 1 2 3 4 5]
