There should be a counterpart to the dbDump method in
the portal for restoring databases. perhaps called
dbRestore?

It might use dbImport but would also need to drop the
database and then re-create it.

I need this implemented. I started to implement something
in xiwa but it's rediculous for me to dig around for all of
the data needed to do it. It's all portal data and should
be done in the portal. It should only take a few minutes to
code if you know where the data is in the portal objects. I
dont. I can test after you code something.
