This project seeks to convert PC-PATR grammars from plain text to an XML format. It contains a DTD for the XML, an XSLT to transform an XML formatted PC-PATR grammar file into the plain text format, and a class library for converting an existing plain text PC-PATR grammar file into the XML format.
It is a work-in-progress.
PC-PATR can be found at http://www.sil.org/pcpatr/.
The wiki uses Markdown syntax.
