Does anyone know if this exists? The Linux PCMCIA Supported Device List only has cards for x86, but I was wondering if anyone knew otherwise. I'm attempting to get the linuxcnc software working on a G4 powerbook, so this is my only real option.

Parallel port cards have only been tested on x86 but may work on ppc. I don't know if there is any x86-specific code in the kernel parallel port driver.
