[Pcmanfm-develop] Open PCManFM in new window.

    Hello!

    In regards of bugs #3496727, #3411306, most probaly #3280968, and
probably #3300797 too. And also no tickets but it's bugged for options
such as --show-pref and --desktop-pref. I think should be an option to
open new window on current screen/workplace. I propose --new-window
(aliaced to -n). So options --show-pref and --desktop-pref will assume
that option too. Any opinions?
