#424 Show thumbnails for videos on samba shares

Currently, pcmanfm can show thumbnails for both local images and video files but it only shows thumbnails for images that are stored on samba shares. pcmanfm does not show thumbnails for videos stored on (samba) network drives, even when 'Only show thumbnails for local files' is unselected and the user is using a smb capable build of ffmpeg.

This should be quite an easy feature to add because ffmpegthumbnailer already supports creating previews for videos stored on samba shares IF you have built ffmpeg with smb support enabled. Unfortunately, the default ffmpeg packages under both Ubuntu 18.04 and Arch are missing smb support but this is easy to fix under Arch by installing ffmpeg-full from the AUR.

I will be requesting that Ubuntu enable SMB support in their ffmpeg package by default so that file managers such as pcmanfm that use ffmpegthumbnailer can browse video files stored on samba shares.
