#342 Feature request for adding recently used files to places

Hi there,

I am wondering if it is possible to add Recently Used files to the places sidebar?

By recently used files I am referring to the same file list that is also displayed in the GTK File Chooser Dialog.

Would this be possible?

Well, each GTK File Chooser Dialog instance has own list of recently used files - each application and each chooser type, no abstraction is possible there so even if that thing is implemented then it would contain only own entries. And this kind of things is expensive enough, you know. So in that regard what folders you want to be presented in such Recently Used list? Each visited folder? Folders entered in Location Bar? To be honest I see no real advantage in such feature though. :)

After years, i would ask for this functionality too. It would be nice if it could show $HOME/.local/share/recently-used.xbel
