Hello,
It's been about a month since I checked out the latest version, but if I remember correctly on the left side pane there are these 3 icons showing;
Applications
Network
Trash
It would really be great for people that only want a small simple file manager if you could please have --disable flags for these.
The only thing I personally care to see are just $HOME and system directories, so it would be greatly appreciated to get these others disabled and removed.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

You should simply open Preferences on Layout tab and uncheck unwanted boxes - every item in Places sidebar can be enabled or disabled individually there. Thank you.
Hi Lonley Stranger,
I'm asking if the developers can please consider these options to disable them from the source at compile time.
--disable-trash
--disable-applications
--disable-network
Not as GUI preferences to simply hide them.
I hope someone will still see this and consider it?
Thank you very much...

Hi,
So would this be difficult to implement, so a person can choose to disable these at compile time and not build them in?
thanks
