#329 Folder ~/Templates is created on every start

I'm using PCManFM 1.2.0 and I'm noticng that every time I login into my desktop PCManFM creates the folder ~/Templates. Personally I don't really like it if applications are cretaing non-hidden folders/files in my home directory. Also on my system PCManFM is now the first application that does this. This leaves the question why the directory isn't stored for example somewhere in ~/.config/pcmanfm (or libfm) as the rest of the configurations? Alternatively it would be good if this directory would only be created if really a template would be successfully created.

The ~/Templates is not a PCManFM or LibFM config but user-wide directory for templates as is described in XDG standards, it is used by every file manager that supports XDG standards for templates. Though you are right, this may be not desired by users that don't want to create new files from own templates. This behavior is changed in the current GIT sources, PCManFM will use that directory only if it exists from the start. Thank you.
