If the menu has potential to expand past the bottom of the screen, it will instead reverse course as expected.

When this is done on a directory, the click handler is fired on an unsuspecting menu item once visible (most often of which is the Delete button). This doesn't occur on files.

The menu positions are also different - the file menu will align its corner where the pointer is while the folder menu seems to jump about 40 pixels down and inadvertantly a few to the left (just under the cursor)

I believe this is a duplicate of [#839] and this issue was fixed long time ago, released version 1.2.1 contains the fix. I would suggest upgrade your libfm to a fixed version, you can use lubuntu-dev PPA for that. Thank you.

My bad, went looking for it but must not have checked the closed tickets. Thanks, all fixed.
