#769 Missing Column Headings on Initial Tab

To reproduce:

1. Close all instances of PCManFM.
2. At the command line, /<path>/pcmanfm. Observe that the column headings have no text in them. See attached graphic.
3. Open a new tab in pcmanfm; the text appears in the column headings.

Version: PCManFM 1.1.0
Distro: Xubuntu 13.04

    You should have search done including closed reports.
    Duplicate of #3596550.
    Fixed in version 1.1.1.
    Maintainer told me 1.1.1 should come to 13.04 later.
