#658 Different spacing between objects
I'm using PCManFM 1.1.0 and different directories have different spacings between objects. For example in / there is only a small spacing and 16 objects are drawn per line. But in /bin the spacing is much higher so there is only place for 15 objects per line.

It was not spacing different but names took less place so column (which consist of icons and names) might take less place so it seemed as you said.
Changed to increase spacing if names are short so columns centres will be at equal distance now.
We hope this issue is completely fixed in the Git repository recently.
Check it out when it's possible for you and if the bug still exists then reopen the report, please.

On testing this bug on PCManFM 1.1.2 I can't confirm that it is fixed. In the attachments are 2 screenshots which compare 2 directories on my system which have a different spacing.
I'm sorry for misunderstanding here. I wrote "in the Git repository" and I meant master Git, not 1.1.x versions. It is changed there, not in version 1.1.x, and that is clearly stated in 'Group' setting above. The LibFM version 1.2.0 will be released as beta soon and you can test it. You also can test it right now from Lubuntu-dev daily builds. Thank you very much.

It seems I haven't payed enough attention to this option. On my future tests I will do so.
