The main monitor still has desktop wallpapers & icons as usual.
The second monitor is empty, with a broken background (no wallpaper, only some random window content).
Right click on the second monitor showed the window manager popup menu, not the menu provided by pcmanfm.
So, pcmanfm does not cover the second monitor with its desktop windows.
This did not happen in last release, IIRC, so it seems to be a regression bug.

I've rechecked it again - it works fine with GTK2. It works fine with GTK3 (3.4.2) here as well though. Since nobody else reported any problems with gtk2 I assume it's gtk3-related problem. May be it's related to config of X-server too? And it isn't reproducible for me. :(
I hope the latest fixes in pcmanfm fixed this issue along with other monitor-related fixes.
Check it please if it was fixed for you.
Thank you very much!
I'm closing this since it seems there will be no info on this anymore. Thank you.
