Although the tag is currently not used with "None" in PCGen's data files, this functionality is necessary to implement classes with custom bonus spell progressions like Monte Cook's Bard from "Book of Eldritch Might II" (which is in PCGen permissioned data) that currently does not compute correctly (see data bug #1163122). ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Stefan Radermacher (zaister) Date: 2005-03-14 11:22 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=435051 The problem with this tag is: according do the docs, "None" is supposed to mean "NO bonus spells at all". In reality, however, the default of the tag, if not present, is also "None", and the default means "use the SPELLSTAT attibute". SO basically specifying BONUSSPELLSTAT:None does the same as not specifying BONUSSPELLSTAT at all, i.e. nothing. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Stefan Radermacher (zaister) Date: 2005-03-14 10:44 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=435051 BONUSSPELLSTAT:Nono ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=384719&aid=1163109&group_id=25576 |
