Summary: MOVECLONE to accept JEP formulas

Initial Comment:
MOVECLONE:X,x,Y,y
only accepts text for X,Y and integers for x,y with no 
math applied so no paranthesises and such symbols 

This is a problem for the RSRD Half-Dragon Template which grants 
a Fly speed of double Walk speed but not greater than 120. To do 
this this tag was tried:

MOVECLONE:Walk,0,Fly,(*2)MIN120

Which produced this error in the console:
Badly formed MOVE token: (*2)MIN120

We need MOVECLONE to accept JEP formulas to make this work.
