If I set it to the following: java -jar pcgen.jar -Xmx 2048 I can export the character if I set the "Do not export spells with PC" option. Otherwise the memory error continues. There is a commented out line there which allows you to set the amount of memory PCGen can use. Commenting out the normal line and uncommenting the alternative one might help you out. You can change the amount of memory allocated to as much as you like, but it is generally recommended not to go over the amount of physical RAM in your computer.
