Creating a [ Dromite |https://www.d20pfsrd.com/alternative-rule-systems/psionics-unleashed/races/dromite/] Tactician. I have small size, and a natural 5 strength, which gives me 12lb light capacity. I also have a masterwork bag, which brings me up to 15lb capacity at an (effective) 6 strength/0.75 for being small. Using the Excavator racial trait should give me +4 to strength regarding carrying capacity, but when I select the trait it doesn't give me the bonus. The base speed being 20ft still works fine, and it doesn't go down when I go over capacity, so it only seems to be the +4 str to carry weight that isn't being recognised.
