The Priest theme from the Starfinder Core Rulebook is described properly (6.08.00RC8\data\starfinder\paizo\core\scr_abilities.lst, line 582) but does not appear to be implemented.
For a 12th level character with at least one level of mystic, it should either ask for which spell to add, or simply add 1 to the 1st level spells known.
