The race is granted a flat +2 STR in PCGen, but they get a STR bonus only if they are medium sized. The small sized option gets a +2 DEX instead. Currently as coded a Medium SRO is ending up with a +4 STR and a Small is ending up with a +2STR/+2DEX.
