I would not expect access to third level spells (though the bonus adds one there) because I am not third level.  But as I am second level, I assumed that with that high WIS modifier I had access to second level spells from that bonus.  If that is not the case, then again, I am so, so sorry for wasting your time.  That was my interpretation of the rules and I can't find anything in the rulebook stating otherwise.</p></div>
