Implementation requires a few steps:
1. OS Support - Natural Attack OS Block can be used for this
2. ABILITY ASPECTs require being able to grab the ShieldEnhancement Bonus. - This I'll have to get from James - should be VAR.ShieldEnhancement, but I'll have to figure that out.
3. Requires giving the Shield Master the New Ability that is triggered when wielding a Shield. (ABILITY:x|y|z|PREITEM:1,Shield)

As soon as I can get James to find the OS token usage for the Shield, I should be able to get this in place.
