Zaister has improved the look of the Skills Table -
Italics for Conditional Skills / Ranks that don't count toward your total by being a conditional skill enclosed by brackets []
Remove Symbols + and Numbers if 0 Ranks or 0 Modifiers
Keeps the shrinking text for lengthy skill names.
Add Skill Ranks Total and (Unused) to the header
