I'm trying to decipher if this is a CODE bug, or an OS issue.

Shield AC was removed from the 3e gamemode due to the fact 3e doesn't use it. And since there were issues over AC stacking improperly, it had to be dealt with. I'm going to ask James to take a look and give me an answer.
