1. refactoring the classes in the merge branch so that they match the refactored classes in the ui branch (mainly Language bundle and the resources package)
2. copyable packages (facades, gui2.util, gui2.filter2, gui2.tools)
3. partial pcgen.system package and source loaders
4. Core updates
5. Facade Implementation migration
6. Examine any remaining code
