Per the Pathfinder Core Rules:

Sickened: The character takes a -2 penalty on all attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks.

In file:

@pathfinder_rpg\core_rulebook\pfcr_templates_conditional.lst

the sickened definition includes:

BONUS:COMBAT|TOHIT,DAMAGE|-2|PREAPPLY:ANYPC

The DAMAGE is not valid. According to the documents, the token is in the form of DAMAGE.X
