However, PCGen is now giving me +18/+18/+18/+18/+13/+8/+3 as the Flurry of Blows attack sequence.  It's adding all the extra attacks (which should be +18/+13/+8) as full-BAB attacks (+18/+18/+18).  Since there doesn't appear to be an option under the BONUS:WEAPON|ATTACKS tag to make the extra attacks respect declining attacks, this seems to require a code change to support it.
